“My wellness background is…”

I’ve always been interested in fitness but slacked off for a couple of years. Fountain House has inspired me to get back into shape.

I’m training for the Fountain House One-in-Four 5K because…

My goal for this year is to get fit. What better way than to participate in the 5K?

To me, “wellness” is… People have always said that it’s not just the medication. It’s eating well and exercise that helps with your overall well-being.

Healthy living is important because it is important to live a long and prosperous life.

My best 5K training tip is to make it fun!
