My doctor recommended that I work out more. I was used to not doing anything and I would like to stay active. Walking is important for my health because I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
To me, “wellness” means getting well. It means doing things that are good for you.
Healthy living is important because not living healthy complicates things. Like they say “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
My best 5K training tip is to eat healthy and get enough rest! Those are the basic things you need to succeed.
